A leading Home Appliances Brand with presence across 280 locations in 28 states. The brand employs over 800 people has annual revenues running into 100's of crores.

Business Challenge

The client wanted to closely monitor the activities of its 400+ on-ground sales personnel. This meant that constant real-time updates had to be possible and this feed was required to be stored and available for easy retrieval and audit whenever needed. The objective of such a system was to increase productivity and efficiency of the sales team.

Other challenge was to boost sales and identify bulk buyers and manage dealer/distributor relationship. The company needed better insight into the bulk order details of its independent dealers/distributors.
